The Maison

Debailleul was founded in 1983 in Belgium by Marc Debailleul, a French pastry chef awarded the ‘best artisan in France’ distinction (M.O.F).

His handcrafted chocolates, ice creams and cakes won over hearts all over the world. As good a teacher as an innovator, he passed all his recipes down to new generations of chefs along with the secrets needed to master them.

Debailleul has been carrying out his legacy with the same love for taste, flavour and perfection ever since. Loyally Belgian with a French heritage, our treats offers unrivalled moments of pure joie de vivre and elegance.

As good a teacher as an innovator, he has trained new generations of chefs who, among other distinctions, have won the prestigious world pastry championship in Lyon. Before retiring, he passed all his recipes down to Loïc Blandin, along with the little secrets needed to master them. They’ve been carrying out his legacy with the same love for taste and flavor ever since.
